Cancellation Policy

I completely understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes things come up unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a fee. If an appointment is missed without prior notice, a 50% fee of the service booked will apply. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a 30% fee will be charged. However, I want to be flexible and understanding of any circumstances that may arise. If something urgent comes up, please don’t hesitate to reach out, and I will do my best to accommodate you in a way that feels fair to both of us. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
